Lunch
Cucina
We are pleased to inform you that from 6 January 2026 we have a new catering company supplying our school lunches. We are looking forward to working in partnership with Cucina to produce hot, healthy, and tasty lunches.
A menu for the Spring Term can be found here:
Meadow-Primary-School-MenuWe will no longer be using Arbor to book meals and instead parents and carers will need to register with Cucina and order meals through their Impact Food Group app (Kanpla). The following handbook will give further information about how to register and order meals. Please note that the deadline to book meals is by 8AM each morning, the app will send reminders to help keep ordering on track.
If you forget to order, Cucina Primary Admin Team are here to help:

The cost of school meals will remain at £3.00 per meal for those students that pay (reception, year 1 and year 2 will remain free of charge).
Free School Meals
If you think your child may be entitled to free school meals, a form is available below or, again, from the school office. Children cannot be placed on the free meals register until confirmation of eligibility has been received - parents are asked to ensure that any forms are returned promptly. All KS1 pupils are eligible for a free school meal: however, if you are in receipt of any benefits, please still complete and return the form as this will enable you to receive financial assistance with school trips and other activities in school.

Packed Lunches
Packed lunches are eaten under the supervision of our lovely Midday Supervisors. Lunches should be brought in a lunch-box marked clearly with your child’s name. The food provided should be simple and easily eaten and we would ask that you please adhere to our promotion of a healthy eating policy – no fizzy or high energy drinks or sweets allowed.
Warning – We are a nut-free zone!
Some teachers and children suffer from severe nut allergies, so no products containing nuts should be brought to school.
