The school has a kitchen on site where fresh meals are prepared and cooked daily by staff from Surrey Commercial Services. Please click on the link below to view the menus and to order school meals on line.
School dinners are served in the dining hall. A monthly menu is placed at the entrance to the dining hall and on the Parents notice board in the entrance hall – copies available from the school office and also available on the school website.
If you think your child may be entitled to free school meals a form is available from the school secretary. Children will not be placed on the free meals register until written confirmation has been received from BELB. Occasionally pupils names are removed from the register by BELB because a form has not been returned. Parents are asked to ensure that any forms requested are returned promptly. From September 2014 KS1 pupils will be eligible for a free school meal, however, if you are in receipt of any benefits, please still apply to the office as this will enable you to receive financial assistance with school trips.
Packed lunches are eaten under the supervision of a lunchtime supervisory assistant. Packed lunches should be brought in a lunch-box marked clearly with the child’s name. The food provided should be simple and easily eaten and we would ask that you would adhere to our promotion of a healthy eating policy – no fizzy or high energy drinks allowed.
WARNING – WE ARE A NUT FREE ZONE!
Some teachers and children suffer from nut allergies so no products containing nuts should be brought to school.
